@DMQconfirmation DIO wasn't able to use 90% of his vampiric powers due to his weakened state after part 1 ans being fused to Jonathan's Hamon infused body. It's why his healing was so much worse compared to Part 1, where he could do basically anything and nothing besides Hamon could kill him.
