So I have been up all night thinking about how to write this out so I’ll just say it.
Today I am walking away from competitive gaming after 13 years as a coach.
Was the hardest decision I have made to date and I truly did not want to step down from competing but since I am going to engineering school soon and moving in a month ish on top of that I just don’t have the time to dedicate myself fully to this.
I want to thank everyone at EXN/Avidity for my time with the them these last 2 stages it was truly something amazing I will never forget and to the OW community thank you for being so kind to me on my transition from COD to this I will never forget it.
I do wish I had more time in OW as I truly believe I could’ve made an impressive mark on this community but not everything is what we want it to be.
To everyone I coached in COD thanks for the memories specifically @MackMelts @SibDMDL @Pred @AccuracyLA @Equuip @NovusBH we made some amazing memories together and I will love each of you for that until the day I die.
To everyone else thanks for the support the love and dedication to supporting me throughout my career I has been a blast now it’s time for this old man to ride off into the sunset and let the newer generation take over.
Last thing I will say before I go is not many competitors get to leave on their own terms and I am and for that I am so blessed and grateful.

@loraanyc Brotha I went from 285 to 155 back to 300 over a span of 8 years. Trust me I’ve been there and the only way out is to truly want out and be sick of it. No one can eat healthy food for you or walk for you. So it starts there man. Start small and build up healthy days

@DMTheory Bro i need advice man. My impulse control on food killed 8 months of progressive overload gains. I went from 230-230 lifting for 8-9 months straight i looked amazing to now spending 700$ a month on fucking shit food and gained all the weight i lost back. At this point im lost

Just something on my mind but if any of my followers or anyone in general is fat/overweight I’ve lost over 240+ pounds in my life 80+ in the last 12 months at 31. If you think it’s too late the journey is just beginning. Happy to message or help anyone I can but get after it
