Exposure is pretty straightforward — if the talent is there, a trusted voice in your corner can open real doors. But actually getting recruited? One thing really wrong w/ a lot of the travel space is these rivalries where you talk negatively about the other programs. Working together is always the better solution. People in VA think me & @colangelobasebl hate each other. Actually quite the opposite. There are a few people I have more respect for than Mike Colangelo not only in baseball but as a friend, dad, and family man. I have learned so much from him. Message is you can compete against somebody and still work together.
