@nxwestmidlands I won't be happy if the 15:25 bus from Dow end lane doesn't show up today like it usually doesn't on Thursdays or Fridays

@nxwestmidlands I have already phoned to complain I was just fobbed off, how about I get a taxi home on Thursdays and Fridays and charge it to your company? No? Didn't think so

@nxwestmidlands It happens nearly every Thursday and Friday and I post a complaint every time it happens. You are clearly purposely taking that bus off

@DMacNulty Hi Dan, I am sorry to hear this. We are currently running a limited network for the 997 as services between 12:45 and 16:04 are affected today. There is currently a service en route and will be with you shortly. I do apologise for the disruption to your journey.
