Comments that it's an inconvenience, no its not, you're just thinking lazily. You go to the shops either way to buy more. The query about rural communities and those with mobility issues, you still manage to get your shopping, you can work an arrangement to return the items.

They had one of these in Blanchardstown Centre for charity donations instead of cash back up until a few months ago. It was great, used it at every opportunity. Most likely taken away to prepare for this scheme. Just filled a schoolbag with them and brought them down.
