Last but certainly not least, help us welcome Delaney Mathews to The Hill! #GoTops
Excited to welcome another newcomer to the @topgunfastpitch National Program! 2026 @DMathews2026 Delaney, a former Iowa softball commit who re-opened her recruiting late this summer, is a 6’1” lefty out of the state of Iowa. She has absolutely dominated Iowa HS softball, with some of her accolades below: - 2x All State - Sophomore of the Year - 2x Offensive Player of the Year - Pitcher of the Year - All Junior Team A lefty with low 60’s velo, an elite change up, and terrific accuracy who had a terrific performance in the @TCSFastpitch Nationals semifinals; she spun a CG with 3K in the victory to help us advance. Delaney is a LH power hitting 1B when not pitching who hit .559 with 6 home runs in 2025. We are looking forward to the impact D makes here at Top Gun! @ExtraInningSB @LineDsoftball @SoftbalAmerica
