Much like Trump's other assassination attempts where we know little to nothing, I suspect this latest will yield just enough to make it seem real, but no actual follow-up by the FBI other than undermining their own investigation by withholding evidence like the Epstein files.

Regarding the WHCD assassination attempt of President Trump, it was in my opinion another staged event so he can play the hero like he did in Butler and when he flew to Iraq in 2018 aboard AF1, to greet military personnel. For which he claimed he should get the medal of honor.

The side show at the WH Correspondents Dinner has done its job of taking the news off of Trump's Iran failure and the upcoming pardon of Ghislane Maxwell who will, if she even shows up, won't say anything because she already has the pardon. I don't believe she is in custody now.
