@momentmemori This accident occurred right in front of our house at The GPO Chowk Quetta. The perpetrator- Majeed Khan Achakzai- wasn't acquitted because of lack of evidence. He reached a settlement with the family of the victim and paid 1 million Rupees as Diyat and the family forgave him.
