I dont have to make up a lie for why id love to come but cant make it, I can just say no thank you.

Never mind having to have small talk conversations about what people are having for dinner or office gossip and politics ect that pulls you away from the task.
Being able to lock in at home, put on Do Not disturb and smash the work out made we way more productive.

I was immeasurably more productive working at home and even had time to help other departments with their projects.
I think for the right kind of people that can self motivate its way better.
Breakfast and dinner with your kids everyday rather than sitting in traffic is 10/10

When I used to work from home, id smash all of my work out and be around in the day for things that would come up.
When I had to work in the office and saw people 1 finger typing and clicking file copy paste I realised how much more work I was doing and slowed right down.

I used to engage on social media and argue a lot with people.
I stopped years ago and life's just better without it.
The world is full of fire and terrible things.
It's also full of wonder and magic and you see way more of it when you look for it.

My son had major surgery recently, and all of the staff at the children's hospital were incredible.
Everyone went above and beyond for all the children in their care.
Despite how busy they are, they always had time to hear their little tales.
