Think Minnesota has a harder time guarding SAS. Spurs got multiple ball handlers and their shooters are better. Wemby can also attack Rudy with speed better than Jokic could

It’s not a terrible hire and I think he deserves a clean slate but some of those post Kawhi moves were real bad and I think people forget cuz it’s TOR but there’s several WTF are you doing transactions

masai got stains on his resume but every exec is gonna have them when you been in there for a decade plus. i’m personally not gonna view him through the lens of his mistakes. in my eyes, he’s an exec with tons of experience in building teams that make deep runs

@Mo3Muse @Richard_H96 What you talking about bro we winning the chip. There’s no way the Thunder are gonna be the first champ to break the 2nd round curse in 8 years

Assuming they bring back the starters + Luke and Hayes, i think they are a POA guard/wing and a center upgrade away from being dangerous. Don’t think it should be too hard to make the 3rd string group a little better as well

@DOC323123 Why I feel like the Lakers bench unit is more of an issue to fix than anything

Everyone got injuries dawg this sh*t just as much of a war of attrition as it is a war of talent which is why your top guys and depth have to supplement each other throughout 82 games and 4 rounds

For the playoffs it’s them and the Wolves but over the whole season it’s a little more debatable ig. But health just really the hardest variable to predict and measure
Moe, Harkless Muse@Mo3Muse

@DOC323123 But for sure, the Lakers got the worst of it. Unless of course, Luka comes back in round two.

Everyone got injured this season. I think you need a little more than just “we’ll be healthier” to think you gonna take a leap in the west

That’s the thing about the West I think OKC, SAS, DEN, LAL, HOU, POR, PHX Can all give you a reasonable case about how injuries and this that and the other went bad for them and/or internal development + ability to use assets to improve will make them better next season

I think timelines for hamstrings gonna be reexamined after this season. Every guy but Fox who had a grade 2 got reinjured and his recovery was quite long due to it being the offseason
.@blaugranablue

@DOC323123 His grade 2 hamstring was definitely a more severe grade 2. Either that or maybe the timelines for hamstrings in general are dumb and need to be revisited.
