@Eliastrejo I do see your point. I’d be ok with it if he asked for a trade as well. But as long as he wants to stay, I’d keep him. He isn’t just a talent, he’s a leader, and those are hard to find.

It's not that I want him traded, but I believe this off-season we are going to get several aggressive offers for him that may be hard to turn down. We have a lot of holes to fill and having extra first round draft picks would set us up well for the future. Maxx is my favorite player. Selfishly I want him to stay, but logically I know we need more pieces and may be a couple years away from competing for a title or playoff. He could join a contender right away.

Interesting interview here with Maxx #RaiderNation The next 35-40 days for the #Raiders are going to be interesting. Nothing can be made official until March 11th when the new league year starts. I believe there's a high demand for Maxx Crosby. There will be offers for him. I think the Raiders will encounter a couple offers that will be very hard to refuse. We have some teams with a very short Super Bowl window that likely believe a player like Maxx can help them get over the hump.
