The two British Colonels captured in Ukraine, in an operation carried out by Russian special forces. Not "tourists", or "diplomats", or even "legitimate combatants" that should be treated as POWs as per the Geneva Convention. And no. Moscow will not exchange them for any number of Russian POWs, held by the puppet regime in Kiev, as London so generously proposes.
