@BinanceUS I love Binance US do you guys think it’s going to survive I’m just a little worried?

The SEC continues to face increasing pushback. This week alone, 1) a U.S. District Judge sanctioned the SEC for “gross abuse of power” in its lawsuit against an American crypto company, 2) a third lawsuit was filed against the SEC by trade groups representing the alternative asset management industry, and 3) a U.S. Appeals Court temporarily halted the SEC’s new climate rules. Each action confirms our belief at @BinanceUS that the SEC has overreached, but it can and will be checked. Not only are we still here and fighting, but we have seen a significant increase in engagement and activity on Binance.US in recent months. In the meantime, we’ve been working on new features and updates, which we can’t wait to share. The tide is turning, and we will continue to defend ourselves, our customers, and our industry against the SEC’s overreach.

And I will add this… not sure if this was around in 2018 or not but I guarantee you the numbers weren’t this low. Everyone thought we were in a bull market until June of 2018 and it finally set in.
