The funniest part of J Cole sayin he lyin about being the GOAT, is when he said "and niggas really be believing that shit" ahahahaha dog, imagine you had Cole as your GOAT and he basically said "wait, yo dumb ass be believing that shit?" 🤣🤣🤣 the funny part is they STILL tryna spin it to make him look like Brotha Teresa

These interviews by J Cole are truly displaying the inability for people to critically think and take things at face value. I think a lot of people aren't even watching the clips, they are just reading the quotes are running with them to feed narratives

Mas de verdade, vocês não sabiam que rappers andam a mentir nas músicas? A cena que traz o sauce é quem mente melhor.. É aí onde entra o braggadocio e tal..

Most of the rappers that “Live their raps ” aren't good because rap is an art. You have to be an artist to be a good rapper.

Jay-Z basically said the same thing about his “who’s the best MC’s” line and other rappers have basically said the same to, but it seems like everybody is looking to fault J. Cole for something right now
Whooping feet@WhoopingFeet

J Cole admits he be lying in his songs saying he think he’s the best “It’s a persona & I really be having people believing that ish” “In real life if u ask me if im the best no, I just put on that cape” Black Thought, Kendrick Lamar, Lupe etc are better on any given day

He’s speaking perfectly, people are simply listening with narratives instead of listening open minded. He’s telling you what it is they just don’t like it because it’s not aligning with what they thought.
Joey@gothamhiphop

I honestly think Cole’s wording is worse than his actual points. Like his points make sense, but you take his quotes out of context and they sound terrible lmao which is what the media runs with All in all I’m enjoying this interview circuit

The Holocaust lasted for 4 years, and survivors and their descendants are still being paid out today. Japanese-American internment camps lasted for ~4 years, and survivors were paid $20k each in 1988. Slavery lasted for 246 YEARS in the US… yet no reparations for the families of those affected.
U.S. Mission to the UN@USUN

This week, the U.S. voted against a call for reparations for descendants of the international slave trade between the 15th and 19th centuries. Let’s talk about it. (1/7)

Wayne raps about shooting people but the only person he's ever shot is himself. He also said he loves the police. Rap is like wrestling and should be treated as such.

People will always say Jay wasn’t the most famous rapper or as commercially successful as his peers to try and discredit him and his contribution to hip hop. No he wasn’t the most famous, but Jay Z has been consistently GREAT for a very long time. These rappers that maybe were more popular at a time came and went. He created a sound and style. It’s been 30+ years and we STILL talk about him like it’s his peak because of his consistency. His value comes from his longevity. To be that GREAT for so many years is not an easy feat. THATS why he’s the spokesperson for Hip Hop. He is one of the founders of the genres greatness

Who made Jay Z the spokesman for hip hop ?
