Just a quick question to the ladies and probably a couple of athletes, do you ever struggle with some foot-discomfort or foot- pain after spending a night out in heels or a work out?

The NAMAs actually confuse me because - Why would they approve an international show on the same day as THE national awards? - why are nominations only released 2 weeks before the event? Don’t nominations and the debate around them contribute to the events talk ability? - get better hosts.
