Alpha Futures is ending its partnership with NinjaTrader (Tradovate) after the latter terminated their contract due to Alpha’s competing AlphaTrader platform, preventing new NinjaTrader account issuances effective July 12. The loss-making Premium Plan, which paid out over $25 million in two months, is being discontinued with all active accounts refunded and closed automatically, including pending payouts. Existing Zero, Advanced, and Direct accounts on NinjaTrader will migrate to AlphaTrader this week, with the firm refocusing on core services, same-day payouts, and aiming for another $100 million+ in trader payouts.

I’ve just been robbed Futures trader rc_futures claims Alpha Futures retroactively cancelled his $20K in pending payouts from Premium accounts, offering only refunds on the original $500 account fees instead. The issue arises from Alpha Futures’ July 12, 2026 announcement discontinuing the Premium plan after ending their NinjaTrader/Tradovate partnership, automatically refunding and closing affected accounts while limiting unpaid payouts. Screenshots display four qualified Tradovate accounts with ~$54K-$55K balances and 2 winning days left for payouts, plus a history of mixed approved/rejected requests; replies show multiple traders reporting similar losses up to $50K.
