@dpduk_ I returned an iPhone order via DPD, but the retailer claims they received a shower head instead. An investigation was opened, however I still haven’t received any updates from DPD. Please help.

@dpduk_ i appreciate your driver making a delivery to my house. However one thing we don’t appreciate is the driver opening the front door and placing the parcel in our hall way.
@DPD_UK_Support_ Usual absolutely diabolical service from DPD. Next day delivery not made, Can't get an answer on their help line and the website is as good as useless!!!
