61 vehicles on Chetwynd Road (95%) are parked illegally. With PCN fines of £130 per vehicle, that’s £7,930 a day in revenue the council are choosing not to collect. That's £2.8m/year! That should be more than enough to pay for a very nice LTN #BanPavementParking #ltn
