Talent costs are leveling off! A recent Wall Street Journal article (@WSJ) highlighted that job hoppers are not seeing the salary bumps they used to. Now moving to a new job shows little to know monetary benefit. Certain industries are seeing as much as a $10,000-$40,000 drop in wages from just a year earlier. Business owners: are you seeing the same? How easy or difficult has it become to fill key roles? Are you still hiring? Article link: wsj.com/lifestyle/care…

Uncertainty is a constant in life, the one thing we can always count on. While we can't foresee the future, we can draw insights from current events. The ongoing events impacting the market are causing stress and hesitation, prompting many to pause their plans in anticipation. To navigate uncertainty effectively, proactive leadership is key. Taking ownership of controllable actions is crucial. Managing business operations with a focus on efficiency, coupled with clear strategies and goals, can help mitigate risks and instill confidence. This approach stands in stark contrast to the common response of succumbing to fear-induced inaction during uncertain times. To enhance your chances of boosting profits and revenue while others remain passive, consider the following steps: - Develop a robust strategy - Establish clear objectives - Identify opportunities for efficiency - Empower and fortify your team What uncertainties are currently weighing on your mind?

Back in 2005, I was tired of the corporate world. Playing politics wasn't my thing and I saw a way to help leaders of small to medium sized companies implement best practices while creating great places to work. On March 1 that year, the business paperwork was filed to start InVision Business Development and Marketing. I'm not sure I could have come up with a longer name. Over the years it was shortened (somewhat) to InVision Development International and abbreviated to IDI. Now most of the branding is around Dan Paulson Let's Go. 20 years is a long time for a business, and I'm thankful for all it's brought me. I am also very grateful to the clients who over the years placed their trust in me. You are appreciated more than you know. Looking forward, IDI will continue to help business owners and executives build better. New material is in the works. Also the launch of XCXO last year will provide another level of service to businesses looking for fractional talent. It's been a fun ride. More to come! #IDI20
