An investor called me and said they are actively looking to invest in promising Nigerian tech startups. His exact words: we have the money, we just need people with solid ideas. He asked me to pass this on. If you think you fit that category, comment or send me a DM.

@Sphereofweb3, a Nigerian startup is tackling a problem few have dared to confront, which is the exclusion of people with disabilities from the decentralised future. Sphere Of Web3 is building an inclusive ecosystem that merges Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Fintech, and Education Technology (EduTech) to ensure that no one is left behind in the emerging digital economy. In this edition of Techparley’s DRIVE100, where we spotlight Africa’s most promising and impactful startups, we focus on how Daniel George Agbo, the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer (CVO) of Sphere Of Web3, is building an inclusive digital ecosystem that leverages AI, Blockchain, Fintech, and EduTech to make Web3 accessible to everyone. “For many with visual, hearing, or learning challenges, navigating the Web3 ecosystem feels like entering a world built without them in mind,” Daniel told Techparley. “While others teach “how Web3 works,” we focus on how Web3 can work for everyone.” Quadri Adejumo of Techparley reports how Sphere Of Web3 is using AI, Blockchain, and Fintech to empower people with disabilities across Africa. techparley.com/drive100-how-s… #Drive100 #Stories #Startup #Africa2025 #futuretech #techtrends #technewsafrica #instagood #fyi #trending #techparley

Finding a home in Nigeria is often more exhausting than exciting. Between endless agent calls, inflated rents, and unclear listings, the real estate experience remains one of the most disorganized aspects of urban life. In this chaos lies a familiar African problem, inefficiency born of fragmentation. Housing data sits scattered across countless social media pages, unverified agents, and city-based networks. The result is an informal system where transparency, accountability, and structure are absent. @iorealtors combines artificial intelligence (AI) and location-based technology to bring renters, agents, and landlords into one transparent ecosystem, or, as Osarobo calls it, “the Bolt of Real Estate.” “Most renters waste hours moving from one agent to another, and by the time they find a place, they’ve paid more in logistics and inspection than expected,” Osarobo explains. “For agents, it’s no easier, there’s no dedicated platform where they can list verified properties and reach qualified leads directly.” Abdulrasheed, here, details how IOREALTORS plans to launch and become the "Bolt of Real Estate" across Africa and beyond. MEDSYN360, a Nigerian startup founded by Enenemibofori “Ene” Wakama, is creating an integrated healthcare ecosystem designed to bridge the gap between patients, doctors, and hospitals, transforming how care is accessed, delivered, and managed across Africa. For years, hospital systems, poor data management, and limited digital infrastructure have hindered the delivery of efficient healthcare in Africa. Many patients cannot book appointments easily, access their medical records, or reach hospitals during emergencies. This is the challenge MEDSYN360 set out to solve. In this edition of Techparley’s Startup Drive100, where we spotlight Africa’s most promising and impactful startups, we spoke with Ene Wakama, the visionary Founder and CEO of MEDSYN360 on how the startup is digitising and democratising healthcare across the continent. “MEDSYN360 bridges the gap between patients, hospitals, and healthcare accessibility in Africa and beyond,” Wakama told Techparley. “It is one ecosystem that connects patients, doctors, and hospitals in real-time through booking, emergency direction, teleconsultation, payments, and AI-driven health management.” Quadri Adejumo of Techparley details how MEDSYN360 is redefining healthcare access by putting hospitals in every patient’s pocket. techparley.com/drive100-how-m… #Drive100 #Stories #Startup #Africa2025 #futuretech #techtrends #technewsafrica #instagood #fyi #trending #techparley

Across Africa, millions of smallholder farmers remain at the mercy of unreliable markets and broken logistics systems. They produce the food that sustains the continent, yet many can’t sell at fair prices or reach buyers beyond their local regions. MavunoLink, a forthcoming agri-tech platform founded by Deng Ajing Chol, aiming to redefine how farmers, buyers, and transport providers connect across Africa’s fragmented agricultural supply chains. Though not yet launched, MavunoLink has already started to draw attention for its ambition: to become the continent’s most trusted agricultural marketplace, one built on transparency, traceability, and fair access for every player in the food value chain. “The problem wasn’t that we lacked produce, it was that we lacked connection,” Chol recalls. MavunoLink plans to function as a multi-actor platform, connecting everyone involved in the agricultural value chain, from producers, distributors, logistics providers, to end-buyers. Farmers will onboard their produce with clear details, type, quantity, grade, and location. Buyers, including retailers, exporters, and institutional purchasers, can browse listings, compare prices, and initiate transactions directly. Read full story here as Mavunolink, a Pan-African Agri-tech Startup aims to bridge Africa's agricultural divides before it widens. techparley.com/drive100-pan-a… #Drive100 #Stories #Startup #Africa2025 #futuretech #techtrends #technewsafrica #instagood #fyi #trending #techparley

The construction industry in Nigeria has long been plagued by fragmented supply chains, high pricing, unreliable vendors, and delayed deliveries. @BuildPadi001, a Lagos-based startup, is looking to address this. For contractors, developers, and everyday builders, these challenges translate into project delays, inflated costs, and compromised quality. BuildPadi says it is aiming to digitise construction procurement and bring much-needed transparency and efficiency to the sector. In this edition of Techparley’s DRIVE100, where we spotlight Africa’s most promising startups, we turn our attention to BuildPadi, founded by Mukhtar Omotunde Akinteye, which is set to redefine how building materials are sourced, purchased, and delivered in Nigeria’s construction industry. “Builders and individuals often spend more time sourcing materials than building. BuildPadi bridges the gap between building professionals and reliable vendors by digitizing procurement,” Mukhtar Akinteye, Co-Founder and CEO of BuildPadi told Techparley. Techparley’s Quadri Adejumo writes how BuildPadi is using technology to make construction procurement in Africa faster, more transparent, and less costly. techparley.com/drive100-how-b… #Drive100 #Stories #Startup #Africa2025 #futuretech #techtrends #technewsafrica #instagood #fyi #trending #techparley

A Facebook post by a Nigerian, Idris AbdulRahman Omeiza, has gone viral after he revealed that his PalmPay account has been under a Post No Debit (PND) restriction for exactly one year, without any clear explanation from the fintech platform or any regulatory institution allegedly involved. In his post, Idris said his account had been frozen for 365 days, claiming PalmPay told him a court-ordered PND was placed on the account, a claim he has spent one year trying to verify. According to Idris, the freeze triggered a long, exhausting journey across the country in search of clarity. He said he visited the Nigeria Police Force Headquarters in Abuja, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), and the Federal Ministry of Finance, but none of the institutions could confirm that a court order existed. “Today makes it exactly 1 year that @palmpay_ng placed my account on PND. I mean, good 365 days with no sensible reason on WHY exactly a court ordered them to place my account on PND,” he wrote on Facebook. Quadri Adejumo of Techparley reports on a PalmPay user’s year-long battle to unfreeze his account amid unanswered regulatory questions. techparley.com/palmpay-custom… #futuretech #techtrends #technewsafrica #instagood #fyi #trending #techparley

@DPioneer01 @drobichi Great question. What I meant by that expression is that an innovative mind seeks solution and not rant about a problem. E.g. instead of complaining that the means of delivery of water is not efficient, what you're supposed to do is discover ways to solve it. Hence be proactive.
