No. You have legislators and local law enforcement even helping employers find cheaper labor by not enforcing immigration laws. So is that really entitlement? It's Called Entitlement. You really believe that skipping trade school to learn this trade is something that should just be given to you. Tradesmen learn by going to a trade school, paying for that education, and then working until they have enough experience to start their own companies. Keep this up, you'll be replaced in record time for lower pay by Jose.

The Western mode of governance and civilization has become (thanks to feminism) a suicide pact: the male half dies to protect a future the female half refuses to create.

As a consequence, we don't try to work things out, we ghost people, we consume trust instead of earning it, we use people instead of connecting with them, we move through others instead of growing with them. It's a terrible pattern that dominates modern society.

One of the largest problems in society IMO that isn't discussed is social predation - where people treat others as disposable, temporary, we think and act like criminals trying to gain advantage over others. We no longer act like we depend on everyone we know for our survival.
