Anyone looking to help their wellbeing who has a disability, come along Thursdays 6PM - 7PM YOUTH 7PM - 9PM SENIOR 4s and 5s teams everyone welcome.
🏉Our Disability 6 Nations festival brought schools together at the Centre of Sporting Excellence for a day of inclusive rugby, teamwork and fun. 💙A brilliant example of how sport can create opportunities for young people to get active, build confidence and enjoy being part of a team. 🏉Daeth ein Gŵyl Rygbi Anabledd y Chwe Gwlad ag ysgolion at ei gilydd yn y Ganolfan Rhagoriaeth Chwaraeon ar gyfer diwrnod o rygbi cynhwysol, gwaith tîm a hwyl. 💙Enghraifft wych o sut y gall chwaraeon greu cyfleoedd i bobl ifanc fod yn egnïol, magu hyder a mwynhau bod yn rhan o dîm. @WelshRugbyUnion @WRU_Community @dragonsrfc @DRA_Community @Bargoedrfc @teachingperson @dsw_news @CaerphillyCBC @CSEYstradMynach
