Delighted to receive a certificate from the GenOMICC trial team (@genomiccstudy) for enrolling 300 participants at @nottmhospitals in the global study focusing on genetic factors in critical illness outcomes 🏆 #CriticalCareResearch

A hattrick of randomisations today with City Hospital Nottingham recruiting their first patient and both West Middlesex and Royal Hampshire also randomising - bringing us to 22 patients for July👏🥳@nottmhospitals @WestMidHospital @HHFTnhs

It’s acknowledged that it’s really embedded in practice but both nurse and patient focus groups are supportive of it!

The presenters are now asking the audience - what is the acceptable non-inferiority Margin? There is approx 2,000 eligible patients per month based on CMP data..
