Diversify your investments. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Property, ETF's, LEGO, crypto, stocks, dividend paying stocks, etc. There's zero reason the bulk of your money should be in your bank account. Understand the banks will loan out your own money. Invest it.

Flipping products on Amazon and eBay could pay a huge portion of your monthly expenses. You have a grand total of ZERO to lose by trying.
