Reading about Dolphin-Assisted Therapy (DAT) this weekend and surprisingly there is so much hate. It's hard to tell if the negativity came from genuine clinical validity concerns or animal welfare concerns. It certainly provides an interesting context for our VR therapy work.🐬🤔

Taster day for college students. The station with @openbrushapp was very popular. It became really interesting when students were given tasks. This one is: “draw your dream.” 🤣 #arttherapy

It certainly makes us think more about AI ethics while humans seem to mimic AI behaviours (as designed).

@Wade43265670 transfomer这个结构是在之前cnn，dnn，lstm等研究基础上搞出来的，20年前都即没有能承载dnn的平台，也没有办法建立现在这么大的训练集

@wingforce1 @Wade43265670 对啊 2,30年前都是手工的 一个方程 后来变几个方程 再后来变很多方程投票 然后把方程搅在一起 然后数据和计算力起来以后 大家就乱搞了 管你有没有理 结果强就是真理 比如你随便在两个transformer之间连根线 出来结果变强了 你就是专家

The new norm for PhD supervision meetings. 🤩 love the eye contact, hand gestures, facial expressions, and collaborative tools. I do normally feel mild sickness after using VR for more than 45 minutes and that will help keep meetings short. 😄#metaworkplace #vr @MurtadaDohan

Spent an hour making rabbits and tiger lantern. Totally worth it. 😍 Next year I’ll go back to the basics and do one with bamboo sticks and rice paper. #TheYearOfTheRabbit
