The results are in, & the conclusion is clear: Mrs. Smith is the DRMS TOY! 🏆 This incredible 6th Grade Science teacher doesn’t just teach the facts, she sparks curiosity & lights the path of discovery for every student. We’re beyond proud to honor the impact she makes daily! ✨

Our 6th grade dolphins had a very special visitor today! 📚 Students were delighted to learn about author Kwame Mbalia’s writing process, sources of inspiration, and hilarious stories along the way. Special thanks to Page 158 Books for arranging the visit!

Big celebrations at Durant this morning! During our kickoff to quarter 2 meeting this morning, we celebrated exceeding expected growth. We also charged our staff with moving up to a “C” school! 🎉

It was a busy last few weeks of quarter one at The Road!🐬 We had an IXL party, Mythology Bee, Spirit Week, and voted on this year’s yearbook theme. 📸 Congratulations to our IXL and Mythology Bee winners and participants! 🎉
