A passenger noticed overcharging on a train and decided to speak up. Passenger: Brother, how much is the tea? Staff: It’s 10 rupees, not 5. Passenger: Okay, then how much is it now? Staff: 20 rupees. Passenger: I’m calling the manager. Staff: No need for that, just take the money back. Passenger: Now I’ve already complained, and the manager is coming. If you were going to return the money, you should have done it earlier. I won’t cancel the complaint. After some time, another staff member arrived, but his behavior was rude and full of attitude. The passenger said what hurt him most was that no one else supported him. Many people were buying water, tea, and coffee at higher prices, but no one questioned it. Even when he raised his voice, others just watched silently. This incident was shared in a video by a passenger named Avdhesh Kaushal from the Delhi–Amritsar Express, where items were reportedly being sold at inflated prices.
