Prediction markets for beginners Prediction markets let you trade on what you think will happen, not just price charts. Instead of asking “Will this go up?” you ask “Will this event happen?” Examples: • Team wins a match • Candidate wins an election • Project launches before a date You’re trading probability. What does “¢ (cents)” mean? Each market is priced from 0c to 100c. • 100c = 100% chance • 50c = 50% chance • 20c = 20% chance If you buy at 30c and later sell at 60c, you doubled your money. Simple. How a newbie should use prediction markets: Start with events you already understand. Don’t overthink. Don’t trade everything. Pick clear situations. Ask yourself: • Is this being underpriced? • Is the crowd too emotional? • Do I have better info or logic? If yes → trade. If no → skip. Sports as a case study Sports are great for beginners because: • Clear rules • Fast outcomes • Lots of public bias Example: • A strong team loses 1 game • Market overreacts • Odds drop too low That’s opportunity. You’re not betting on vibes you’re betting on probability correcting itself. Politics as a case study Politics is slower but powerful. Markets move on: • Polls • Headlines • Narratives • Emotions Often: • Fear brings mispricing • Confidence brings overpriced odds The edge comes from patience and calm thinking, not hot takes. Market resolving (important): Every prediction market has a resolution condition. That means: • When the event ends • Who decides the outcome • What counts as “Yes” or “No” Always read this. Many beginners lose money by trading a market they don’t fully understand. BIG lesson: You don’t need to stay till the end This is where most people get it wrong. You do NOT need to wait for resolution to make profit. You can: • Buy low • Let sentiment change • Sell higher • Exit early Professional traders care about: price movement not waiting till the end Final mindset (TD;LR) Prediction markets reward: • Clarity • Patience • Discipline They punish: • Emotions • Overconfidence • All in behavior Think in probabilities. Take profits when you have them. Live to trade the next market. That’s how you win. Winners win , Get Bizzy .

Today’s agenda: Be at work attending to customers. If you eat too much and your tummy starts misbehaving, I’m here for you… just walk into any pharmacy. (and please come with food)😭 Text my babe every minute to complain that my tummy hurts, my back hurts, I’m hungry but not craving anything, and I miss him. (I know you can’t relate, sorry ehn) Prepare for @0xMiden quiz tonight… I’m the team captain, I can’t let my team down. My club is playing tonight, so I’ll be watching the match. Wishing us victory ❤️‍🔥

My dear friend I hope this message meets you well. First and foremost, I want to say a very big thank you from the depth of my heart for everything you did for me back then. You stood by me when things were really tough, you sacrificed your time, your resources, and even your own comfort just to help me out. I still remember how you came through for me without hesitation, and I don’t take that for granted at all. God bless you richly for that act of kindness – it’s something I will always appreciate and never forget. You are truly a friend indeed, and I pray that every good thing you sowed into my life will return to you in multiple folds. That said, I have been thinking deeply about your current situation and the request you made for ₦100,000 to get some food stuffs and sort things out. I wish with all my heart that I could just send it right away and make things easier for you, especially knowing how much you’ve done for me in the past. But the truth is, right now, I honestly cannot send that amount, and I want to explain everything properly so you understand it’s not coming from a place of ungratefulness or unwillingness. It’s purely circumstances beyond my control at this moment. To be very honest with you, things have been extremely tight for me financially these past few months. You know how the economy is in Nigeria right now Sending ₦100,000 at once right now would mean I won’t be able to meet my own basic needs for the next three to four weeks, and that would put me in a very bad position. I have tried to look for side hustles or even borrow from other friends, but everyone seems to be in the same boat – the economy has really affected all of us. Even the small savings I kept for emergencies got wiped out by the fuel price increase and the crazy transport fares. Please don’t think I’m making excuses or trying to downplay your need. I know you’re in a difficult place too, and food is not something anyone should beg for. It breaks my heart that I can’t just transfer the money and say “go and buy plenty food and relax.” If it was ₦2000 or ₦3000, maybe I could scrape something together by managing my own feeding for a few days, but ₦100,000 is a huge amount for me right now – it’s almost my entire monthly budget for food and transport combined. I have checked my account balance over and over, and I keep coming up short. It’s painful because I wish I could repay your past kindness in the same measure, but life has been dealing me different cards lately. I’m not saying this to push you away or make you feel bad for asking. I’m only being real with you as a true friend should. Maybe in the next two or three weeks, if something comes through for me (I have a small business deal I’m praying works out), I can send something smaller to support you. In the meantime, please know that I’m praying for you seriously. I believe God will open a door for you very soon – maybe a better opportunity or unexpected help from another angle. If there’s any other way I can support you that doesn’t involve money right now, like helping you connect with someone, giving you advice on how to navigate this season, or even just listening when you need to talk, I’m here 100%. I value our friendship too much to lie to you or give you false hope. I’m really sorry I can’t come through the way I wish I could. Please forgive me if this hurts or disappoints you. Let’s keep in touch and trust God together for better days ahead. You helped me when I needed it, and I pray your own help comes speedily too. Take care of yourself, my brother Eat something small if you can, rest your mind, and know that I’m rooting for you. With love and gratitude, Promise

Good day. After a thorough investigation, it has been discovered that my stomach is completely empty and the situation is critical. I am therefore requesting an urgent ₦100,000 feeding intervention before things escalate. Your cooperation will be appreciated @sol_promise
