T3 response. Any way that you can! Look for areas that need a leader and fill those positions. As a team player it’s important to find things that need improvement and to take initiative to improve those things #CTcareers

T2 response. In developing leadership style it’s important to realize it’s not something to be born with it takes effort to develop. Goals are important to set as to what to accomplish in leadership position #CTCareers

For me leading in the OR is making sure everyone is on the same page and understands their individual responsibilities for getting the patient the best possible outcome. Defining roles is one of the best ways to make sure everyone is engaged in a shared common goal #CTCareers
