@nsitharaman why don’t you simply the gst return for most common people remove all input credits and just 2% GST in all stages only one firm sales only collect 2% gst and pay for doing this you will get more tax so many small customers will come under gst

@cbic_india as a common and small industry I sujust make only 2 % as gst and no input credits for all. Just charge only 2 % in all levels so many calculators it is so simple what ever the sales collect 2% and pay. Every body will ready to pay

@gstindia Why don’t you to insist to file gstr 1 first then 3. So that all inputs can be verified and we can ask them to file if not filed . First we are filling 3 we are filling up out input as per our purchase bills this Leeds to mismatch

@dsp you can claim credit in following cases 1.hotel bill - if used for business meetings & hotel is located in the same state in which you are registered ) 2.Air ticket - Business meeting 3.telephone bill- Yes , as it is used for business purpose
