@saf_gc It's hard because you will lose matches while trying to work out the stuff you want to implement. Then you get frustrated because you can just do the thing that worked before. That's how you get some bad habits.

@DS_Falco youre right, i think i need to put in a lot more work on the aux/theory end to get better. it just feels tough to implement that without ppl who will check me for doing bad stuff

america is great at making me feel invisible. not a single person has heard of me except the people ive spoken to personally. every game i enter seeds me dead last despite me being a national champion in multiple of them.

@saf_gc Understanding why top players do or don't do things from watching matches. Then implement that while not creating bad habits from using strategies that "just work" in your region will take you pretty far.

@saf_gc I think you need a different mindset. You can get better in smaller regions and true, it is harder. But you are not doing yourself any favours by thinking I'm a national champion and I'm at this or that level.

I am 100% quitting trying to learn to like games Every time I try playing +r, bbtag, uni, sf(any), strive, etc I just end up upset since I dont find them fun in any way and putting in effort to succeed in a game I hate is actually killing me

Yesterday's YSB had people from Wollongong, Newcastle, Canberra, Melbourne and Perth. Thank you to everyone that supports this humble Sydney monthly. Seeing so many people from so many different places really gives me that warm fuzzy feeling in my heart. One love.
