For me? Yes. Negative comments work well with my anxiety and depression disorder. My doctor loves that I’m still on Twitter lol.

@DScottFritchen What’s with all the negative comments from alleged Cat fans? Is that normal?

People sometimes like to see fan photos. Here’s one side of Bramlage Coliseum at the K-State women’s basketball WBIT Tournament game tonight.

My decision not to watch the NCAA Tournament this year as K-State is not an active participant and instead focus my writing on other K-State sports has sparked some discussion. Listen, enjoy the tournament. I hope to be writing about a NCAA Tournament game in 2027.

Gina Garcia has 177 assists for the second most by a Division I freshman this season and second most by a freshman in K-State history. Garcia, a fan favorite, stars again at 6:30 p.m. on ESPN+. Must watch. Story: kstatesports.com/news/2026/3/18…

Travis Geopfert is named USTFCCCA Midwest Region Men’s Indoor Coach of the Year on Thursday after the men finish No. 4 and the women No. 7 at the NCAA Indoor Championships. One of the best turnarounds in K-State athletics history. Geopfert has been at K-State for 19 months.

There are K-State fans tailgating in the parking lot before the women’s basketball team faces Georgia Tech tonight. K-State fans absolutely love sports. And tailgating. And sports so they can participate in tailgating.

I don’t worry about clicks. Just enjoy the stories. That’s all that matters.
EMAW43@KState43

@DScottFritchen Well you’re getting a few clicks I guess by advertising the fact that you’re not watching. Congrats on that I guess.

Three years ago today Markquis Nowell knelt near midcourt in prayer. Not everyone caught the moment. But Markquis knelt. He gave it all to God. A great moment. Then he went out and had one of the most amazing NCAA Tournaments in K-State history.

@VinceConchola No. Every year I have spring football, women’s hoops, baseball, outdoor track, two golf teams and tennis that demand my attention. The NCAA Tournament has no impact on my writing and thus is a distraction from me completing the task at hand.

@SloanIsABucket If it does not affect K-State I move on. I write about every K-State sport. There is always something happening.
