Single point mapping case using optrell catheter for LVOT PVCs. Initial map hampered by scar suggested AMC focus. Beats only 5 msec pre QRS but later from aorta/RVOT/distal CS. Optrell vector map showed initial map was incorrect and successful ablation with long endocardial burn

Summit pvc ablation early from AIV after nice demonstration off endocardial breakthrough in lvot using Optrell catheter. Did well with combined approach of long endocardial burns and planned ETOH injection

Beautiful case of typical flutter in patient with azygous continuation of the inferior vena cava. Poor stability from below(grey is ivc course) and ablation performed from right IJ with bidirectional block. Map shows hepatic vein with no electrograms as anchor site for CTI line

Baseline Ep normal in using rv base and apex pacing. After dobutrex went into orthodromic avrt and after transeptal lv lateral wall pacing told the story

Sometimes EP basics are still needed. Nice young woman with high risk occupation referred for ep study due to high risk occupation and palpitations. Normal ekgs and normal heart monitor during palpitations.
