@AbsaZambia shocking how I visited Cosmopolitan branch to follow up my issue and I was told they "thought" I had cancelled the account. This was when I refused to deposit money in a non-activated account!

@AbsaZambia so after calling customer care, I was out on hold while they contacted Cosmopolitan mall brach. They came back to me and assured me I would be given feedback but it is now 4 days, no feedback!

@AbsaZambia it has taken 12 days now since I opened an account with your Cosmopolitan branch and the account has not yet been activated. Traumatizing experience.

@MostaphaMwiinga I think the National Heritage Commission Act which has rendered all structures in Livingstone as "national monuments" which must not be tampered with is a colonial Act that has deprived Livingstone of a modern facelift 😭😭😭😭😭

@ShiMutale98 I totally agree with you. The level of theft of public resources in this so called Christian Nation is obnoxious.

Mwisho, Zambia has no proper reason describing itself as a christian nation when 2000 pharmacies nationwide stock stolen medicine and drugs designated for poor people. A highly secular state and 'sinful' country like the United States cuts us a $50 million cheque to hand out free medicine to poor Zambians. We turn around, steal, pilfer and sell the same free medicine to vulnerable and poor people? As a christian nation, we are essentially signing up for the hottest part of hell (L). Ala tukaya kandwa.

@AbsaZambia from 08:30 hours when the Bank opened to the customers, it is now 10:08 and all customers making withdrawals are not being attended to. Only cash and cheque deposits. What a waste of clients' productive time. #MutabaBranch

A lot was talked about on the "Rights of a child in the digital environment". It is now time to walk the talk.

@AbsaZambia service is pathetic at Mutaba Branch. Just to find out if the Swift Code I have been using to get payment from South Africa is correct one has to join the queue of all those seeking other bank services like opening new accounts, closing accounts, depositing money, etc

Something has to be done with the waiting time at @AbsaZambia because not all services can be done at the Absa ATM.

@AbsaZambia the old Barclays Bank Zambia customer care was excellent where your specific request is directed to a specific counter unlike this system of bunching everyone in the same queue 😥

@Airtel_Zambia I need to speak to an agent about my data bundle depleted in the blink of an eye! All I am getting after calling them is a plethora of options by robotic voice commands and none of them remotely connects to my issue of unexplained depletion bundles.

@Airtel_Zambia must be transparent with their customers! They have inundated their customer care service with the ubiquitous robotic recorded voices to deliberately make it inaccessible to speak to any of their customer care agents thus avoiding dealing with customer issues.

@Airtel_Zambia have depleted my data bundles in a blink of an eye and their customer service is unreasonable on 111 and 115 save for their recorded prompts which do not address my urgent need for customer care.

I am frantically trying to speak to Customer service @Airtel_Zambia and have tried dialing 111 and 115 but they have made it so hard to reach anyone other than their robotic voices and prompts. Are they systematically blocking customers from reaching them?
