Had a clear weakness with Break immune Bosses so to fix this they decided it would be Good idea to add a character that just uses break as pure damage??? its not even break at this point it's just Super-damage

Why does The Daliah even exist in hsr? Like she is the opposite of Super-Break or even Break in general. With her it's just Hypercarry but scales of Break effect instead of attack! Break teams had no consistant Damage so to fix this Super-Break teams had Semi-consisant dmg but-
