Green maintenance has started this week. Applying spring fertiliser to greens. Also work started on tining and top dressing greens. #sheffieldgolf

One more week to go before Andy Unwin becomes our new head green keeper and Tom Ruston joins our green staff a week later. Andy is currently the head green keeper of Rotherham golf club and Tom joins us from Lees hall golf club. Two great additions to our club. #sheffieldgolf

The course is still frozen in places but we are looking to open some holes up tomorrow.

Even tho the weather has got warmer the course still has some snow coverage and plenty of ice. Hopefully the course will thaw and reopen soon.
