@CA_EDD I had one in 2017, they sent a NEW card to the old address and have not updated my address to what’s on file with EDD since 4/4

@DTibrey Hi @DTibrey. If you've never had a debit card from the EDD before, Bank of America will mail you a card after your first benefit payment has been issued. It can take 7-10 business days to receive your card in the mail. More information on debit cards: edd.ca.gov/debitcard

@CA_EDD Hey @CA_EDD, I haven’t been able to reach a live person and I’ve been calling for a few weeks now. My Debit Card address has not been updated since I put in a request on 4/4. also emailed and received response that the debit card company has received updated info, but no changes
