@rANdYmAKeUdaNdY He’s a stats for paychecks guy. Needs to be somewhere where it doesn’t matter, that won’t be relevant . He didn’t want the smoke this year
@EricSal_7 Move him, he’s another guard we have that is too slow to slash the lane when the defense ramps in the playoffs. It’s why his reg season game didn’t work
Keldon is entering the last season of his contract where he is due 18 million.
Do they extend him?
If so at what price?
If not, do they trade him before losing him for nothing?
It’s going to be interesting.
Everyone saying bench Fox: you realize that means you’re basically deciding to trade him in the offseason? Because there’s no coming back from that with a player of his status. It ain’t that simple. Spurs invested in and believe in him! They’re gonna ride with him.
@SpursTalk1 It all boiled down to we only had one player this series that could get to the rack ans it was Harper. Fox and Wemby got crowded out. Johnson never made the adjustment
@TylerGlasscock_ He’s the only one fast enough and crafty enough to get to the cup. We need another guard like that for next year, whether it be a healthy Fox or another young gun. We have a team full of spot up shooters and good defenders
@SpursLegion Dude he’s so bad. We’re stuck w Johnson for another yr but he’ll pull the same stuff all next season and get yanked. It’s literally groundhogs day, same game verbatim. Big lead, 3 bad rotations of cold players, they get back. Every game every series. Bummer

@TylerGlasscock_ It won’t but that’s ok. Unless Johnson finally relented and let pop call the game plan, adjustments, wembys minutes management, lineups. Which he may have, but otherwise, it’ll go into the learning pile.
@SpursCulture This is what no one is talking about. The Knicks are relentless this playoff run.
They literally never stop coming at you.
They are outmatched talent wise but they just grind and grind and grind. It’s quite impressive.
Spurs coach Mitch Johnson after San Antonio’s Game 4 collapse: “We have one game that we have to win. We have to win that game in two days. We have to be more consistent and more tough-minded to finish the job.”
@SpursCulture Hoping not. Only concern is, game 3 Wemby looked better rested w the extra day off. Hoping he can maintain his energy levels on another 1 day off swing. Been a looooooong run for these young bucks
