@NoraFoxBoy @TheNooticer27 @found_it_funny splicing takes a lot more effort for sure. but at the end of the day, ai voices is just a tool that gets the splicing job done quicker. it's like how people use photoshop to interpret what would a fense look like without the horse being there. (that was a 2012 photoshop feature)

@NoraFoxBoy @TheNooticer27 @found_it_funny ai voices aren't based on prompts unless it's grok or sora ai. the ones im talking about is the ones where you can mask your voice as a character but it requires adjusting your actual voice just to make the character sound more accurate. (which is the effort part)

@DUPERCASPERDX @found_it_funny Main point of some of that bias does come from wanting art to come from actual people and not a machine that just copies and steals something. While the line argument is silly, the point being made there is that, while the line is plain, at least a person was the one who made it.

So to create something beautiful, it has to take from something beautiful someone else already created. That's not art. That's copying and stealing

@found_it_funny thats just my take on ai art. Regular art is indeed better in concept because it takes practice and effort. but im not going to say that a single line stroke is better looking than an ai piece, that'll be lying for the sake of bias.

@found_it_funny actual artists can't admit that the AI actually looks good. they can just say they don't like it because of how it's made rather than lying about its looks. it's like saying "this guy's painting is bad because I dont like him" it ignores common beauty from art in general.
