We are ELATED to announce Roni Shanell as an official #DWCF23 headliner!! Hailing from the Motor City, @ronishanell She won Detroit’s Laugh Masters competition in 2018, was the winner of the 2020 Sirius XM "Sway in the Morning" Comedy Search, and headlined Caroline's on Broadway!
