@ianmcinally1 @paulnewman78 @cineworld Unlimited itself is a good deal if you go to the cinema more than twice a month. I find i go more because of Unlimited as I'll go about things I am curious about. They changed their renewal process a few years ago and I've always had some kind of issue when renewing.

Honestly, @cineworld, the unnecessary back and forth to renew an unlimited membership really has questioning why I choose to still be an unlimited member!

@cineworld It was not that simple, and it feels as if cineworld does not value customer loyalty
