Update on my last 3 races ... Podiums: 0 Crashes: 3

Well @SketchyJuniors is never wrong. 10km to in the final stage of the Tour de la Releve and I crashed hard. Ended up getting some serious road rash and breaking my frame but that’s part of bike racing. Now time to recover and get back to racing as soon as I can.
