Gabriel Vargas-Garcia, 28, pleaded guilty in January to second-degree murder and two counts of malicious mischief
Prosecutors said Vargas-Garcia randomly attacked and killed a 63-year-old man in a wheelchair at the Bellevue Transit Center in 2022
Investigators said he kicked, beat, and smashed the victim’s head into the sidewalk shortly after being released from jail for a prior assault
