so.. what was supposed to be a quick trip to dutch bros, turned into a quick trip down a flight of stairs.. 7.5ft actually I was trying to rush down the stairs to beat Binx (my little escapist feline), and while wearing knee high chunky platform boots… and missed a stair.. or two.. caught myself, twisted my right ankle, fell some more.. turned into a ping pong ball on the side of wall and railing, twisted my ankle the other direction, fell into the wall directly at the bottom of the stairs and hit my head, and twisted it again. all in all, not broken but a grade II sprain & tore some fibular ligaments. non weight bearing for 2+ weeks, crutches + a boot. and then hopefully I can put some weight on it and it’s healed up some.. the boots and compression socks I had on were the only thing that saved my entire ankle being shattered or my foot broken. thank god for emo girls 😂 might need a couple days to bounce back for streams and be able to go up and down the stairs.. (office/stream room is upstairs) thank you guys for caring and understanding 🥺🩵🩵
