In Tx, HS district competition begins this week. This is where the work begins to really show. All the coaches celebrating wind aided PR’s to build confidence , and results from cheap timing systems, won’t help now. Some feelings will be validated, others will be hurt. Good luck to all!

I am proud of my girls. They have pushed themselves far beyond my expectations. Constantly grinding in the weight room, having grit, and showing what it takes to be a bull dog. Forever proud of these girls ❤️💓

Threw 127 in discus and 40 in shot put, and even though I scratched a 43, there.Every meet is a lesson, and this one reminded me exactly why I love the grind. It’s back to the lab, time to hit the weights harder, lock in at practice, and keep pushing tward that 6A State Meet.

I found my moment. I locked in, trusted my form, and finally let one fly. I went from an old pr 119"0 to 136"9. It came from constant work and correction. It was a big step but the journey isn't done yet. #trackandfield #Discus #Throwerslife
