Alongside the launch of #OperationLegacy, several playlist slots were updated: • Featured rotational playlist 1: Delta Arena: Halo 3 Legacy rotated in, Firefight: Battle of the Academy rotated out. 7 new community-made Forge maps and 3 new modes are available in Delta Arena: Halo 3 Legacy. Every mode in this playlist has a variant that starts players with BR75 Battle Rifles. • Featured rotational playlist 2: Grifball rotated in, Mutilator Madness rotated out. This 4v4 mode challenges two teams wielding Gravity Hammers and Energy Swords to score goals in their enemy’s capture zone. The Octane Grifball variant starts players with the Thrust equipment. This playlist includes first-person and third-person variants of both Classic Grifball and Octane Grifball across 10 new maps. • Ranked rotational playlist: Ranked Squad Battle rotated in, Ranked Snipers rotated out. • The Battle for the Academy content has been added to the Firefight staple playlist. • The Mutilator Madness content has been added to the Rumble Pit staple playlist. • Various game modes have been removed from Arena Social and Rumble Pit. • The mode weighing in the following playlists has been adjusted based on player telemetry: Action Sack.
