PSA to everyone in the voice acting space. Been reflecting over the course of a week: Firstly, no one is BETTER than anyone else in the space. Agency representation doesn’t define you. The amount of work you book does NOT make you better than someone else working just as hard. Secondly, remain humble in the space. The struggles someone else goes through that may block progress is still difficult regardless. Be proud of your peers. Finally, celebrate others’ wins. This is an industry, sure.
