Daal Chini vending machine fraud.
Look at the two screenshots below -
1st screenshot is of two transactions made each of Rs 25 totaling Rs 50. In both cases, amounts were processed but vending machine failed to vend.
2nd Screenshot - After an hour, Rs 22.5 for each transaction was loaded back to Daal Chini's point balance - totaling Rs 45. Why couldn't the original money be simply refunded back to the original source?
a neat margin of 10% made by Daal Chini without vending any product !
now multiply it with lakhs of transactions that possibly can be routed like this.
a fundable business model?

@Daalchini_ I have a complaint.
I have ordered a coffee pack from your vending machine fixed at Vaishali Metro Station. But due to the wrong placement of the coffee pouch. It struck there and I was not able to get the things. I have also paid for the same.

@Daalchini_ 72hr no response, every time I initiate a chat on WhatsApp always receive a response within 24hr, I don't know why big companies keep this type of vendor inside the office campus.
