Two days ago, I attempted to cancel my membership with @reformparty_uk due to the unacceptable treatment of Rupert Lowe by his own party, which continues to persist. I sent an email requesting cancellation, but I’ve received no response. Why are you refusing to remove members who have explicitly asked to be taken off your list? Is it to artificially boost your membership numbers? I demand that you remove me from your membership immediately.

@iD_Mobile_UK I’m waiting for my new phone (new cust), but in order to sort out my pac transfer I need my new mobile number. I’ve had many emails but none contain my new number! I can’t log on to the portal without it either. Any clues? Thanks

@iD_Mobile_UK new customer, I just went through an entire order process for a pay monthly phone right up to place order… and a brief “order processing” then nothing. No emails, no 1p taken from account etc. How do I contact you to see what did or didn’t happen??

@iD_Mobile_UK Nothing in junk/spam. Surely I’d have got some kind of order ack at the time? Tried to register for your account portal, it sent me a code but rejected them both as invalid. Something is def amiss!!

I’ve had mobiles for >35y, and @VodafoneUK this was by THE most painful experience trying, and ultimately failing (as even your own staff gave up), to buy a phone & contract that I’ve ever experienced. 4.5 hours of my time I’ll never get back. Utter shambles.

@VodafoneUK Online. I received many confirmation emails the day I ordered but nothing since, despite paying for 0800-1000 delivery today it has not dispatched & I’ve had no comms from a courier

@cjsnowdon Good article. Half the time it’s the gate staff. Rather than face down the problem there, it’s easier to avoid confrontation & bat it down the airbridge to the awaiting crew. Ask me how I know 🤦🏻‍♂️
