i think a lot of the gay culture being portrayed in media is cosplay identity. the imagery of what gay looks like from the people, to matters of importance are always the same. relatability isnt as important as handsomeness which is presented in a way that suggests all gay men lust after the same type of man. This monolithic view is damaging to impressionable teenagers who get an idea of what gay life is like from said media. If young fit bodies and good looks of a specific group of people are emphasized can we be surprised if they try to emulate the same standards and develop an early identity around fitting into it?

Colleges galore in Boston bring intellectuals here for the college years but most dont stay. No lol not at all. I was processing the way I felt in a moment where I knew I fucked up and was rightfully being persecuted. One of the responses was a little hole in the wall profile that acknowledged he blocked me.
